Based in Calgary, Alberta, ESG Resourcing (ESGR) provides professional environmental support services across Western Canada, with a strong focus on British Columbia and Alberta.

At ESGR, writing and project management are our craft, from developing winning proposals to producing clear, defensible scientific and Indigenous-led Knowledge reports.

With more than twenty years of experience in the environmental sector, I have worked on hundreds of natural resource and infrastructure developments across Western Canada, managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios, and supporting teams and firms from strategic growth planning to project deliverables.

I routinely support environmental firms, industry, and First Nations in bridging capacity gaps. My work primarily focuses on four core areas:

• Proposals and Business Development: developing clear, competitive submissions that win work and build portfolios.

• Reporting:  delivering concise, defensible scientific, technical, and regulatory documents.

• First Nations Research:  integrating Indigenous Knowledge (IK) and Traditional Knowledge (TK) with scientific knowledge to create a variety of reports, ranging from Traditional Land Use Studies to Indigenous-led Monitoring Reports.

• Project Management: providing senior, trusted end-to-end project management and coordination, from budgeting and scheduling to team resourcing, field logistics, and execution oversight. 

 

In addition to these areas, the ESGR Team also actively supports field studies, with a concentration on terrestrial and aquatic baseline assessments, as well as environmental monitoring and inspection services.
